Cancellation and Refund
We accept return requests in case of receipt of damaged product(s). Return requests have to be within 7 days of receiving the product(s) at your location. To initiate a return request, please send us an email at feedback.anaahad@gmail.com or a text at +917719422995. The product(s) and packaging must be retained in the original state as received.
Once the return request has been accepted, the buyer has to send the product(s) to our address, i.e., 989/82, MOHALI, Manauli, S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali), Rupnagar 140306, Punjab. Please note that the delivery charges, whatsoever, have to be borne by the buyer and not Anaahad Media Productions Private Limited.
The buyer has the option to get the product(s) exchanged (in which case the replacement product(s) shall be dispatched within 7 days and the shipping costs have to be borne by the buyer) or apply for a refund (which shall be made within 15 days of the refund request).
